Quality-of-Life Consultation

Up to 60-minute consultation

The Quality- of- Life consultation includes a physical and emotional wellbeing exam to ensure the pet is comfortable and happy. This can help their owners evaluate their pet’s overall condition and assist in making a plan moving forward.

At-Home Hospice Care

Hospice Care is in-home treatment to help keep your pet comfortable. This may include administration of pain medication, as an injection or given orally; and subcutaneous fluid treatment for chronic health issues. Each patient is different and recommendations are subject to change based on the pets physical and emotional factors.

At-Home Euthanasia

Saying goodbye to an adored pet is never easy. Choosing at-home euthanasia allows your animal to experience a comfortable and peaceful passing in their own home, surrounded by the family that loves them.

The fee for at-home companion animal euthanasia starts at $250 depending on weight of pet, plus travel and cremation charges (if applicable).

Cremation & Aftercare

We understand that honoring your pets memory is a very important part of this process. You are welcome to bury your pet, as long as this is approved by applicable laws, or make arrangements for cremation.

If you would like help with cremation, we work with Final Gift Memorial Center in Cranston, RI and they will assist with decisions and payment.

They offer two cremation options for your pets remains:

  • Group Cremation: The fee for communal cremation is $200. Your pet’s cremated remains will not be returned to you. When the cremation process is complete, the remains of your pet and others are collected for a communal burial at the Final Gift cemetery grounds.

  • Private Cremation: The fee for individual cremation is $400. Your pet’s cremated remains will be returned to your home, in your selected urn with a certificate of cremation.
